Latest company news about Release paper extrusion laminating Instructions

"Release paper extrusion laminating" refers to an extrusion lamination process where a molten polymer (such as polyethylene) is coated onto release paper to create a functional layer.

Release paper is a specially treated paper with a non-stick surface (often silicone-coated) used as a carrier or protective backing for adhesive materials, labels, tapes, and composite products. In extrusion laminating, the polymer layer bonds the release paper to another substrate (like film, foil, or fabric), or enhances the paper’s barrier, strength, or heat-sealing properties. This technique is commonly used to produce materials for various applications, including flexible packaging, release liners for labels and tapes, and more.

Laiyi Double Side Release Paper Extrusion Laminating Machine Performance and Adwantages:

Using high speed, high shear, high mixing, large extrusion capacity,wear-resistant and energy saving screw independently developed by Laiyi. To ensure a large amount of extrusion, the temperature gap between the resin temperature and the mold deslgn is less than 30 degrees, which greatly improves the stripping strength after the film is sprayed.

The inner wall of the cylinder and the surface of the screw are centrifugally cast with special technology which has the characteristios of corrosion resistance, super wear resistance and long service life, which is three times the service life of the ordinary screw.

Turnplate type rewinding and unwinding, ensure the stability of roll change under the condition of speednot reduced.

The Process:

The extrusion laminating process involves several key steps:

Extrusion: A thermoplastic polymer, often polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP), is heated to its melting point and extruded through a die (a narrow opening).

Lamination: The molten polymer is extruded directly onto the release paper, forming a thin, even layer.

Cooling and Rewinding: The laminated material is then cooled and wound onto a roll.

Unwinding: Paper substrate is fed from a roll into the laminating system.

Priming/Corona Treatment: Surface treatment improves adhesion.

Trimming & Rewinding: Finished product is trimmed and wound into rolls.

If you need, I can also give you a more polished definition suitable for catalogs or product descriptions.
